The Somerset 9 home is a small home that packs a lot in. This beautiful contemporary-styled home offers everything a retired couple needs and is also perfect for those looking to invest in their first home or as a home away from home.

With a contemporary style inside and out, the Somerset 9 provides great curb appeal, while offering simple yet modern features within. The front of the home features large windows that create a spectacular look from the curb, as well as allowing plenty of natural light into the home’s interior. This additional light, along with the open floor plan makes the main living area spacious, bright and inviting.

This home is divided in half, with the open plan living, kitchen and meal areas on one side, and the private bedrooms and bathroom on the other. The Somerset 9 floor plan offers two bedrooms, both with built in robes and easy access to the full-sized bathroom. There is also a separate laundry, with access to the outside.

The optional outdoor veranda creates a perfect space for small gatherings, or just relaxing outside with a glass of wine and enjoying the view.
