For ultimate peace of mind, we provide a 10 year warranty on our homes which covers all structural elements, as well as a 6 month maintenance warranty which covers any minor adjustments that may be required as your home settles in place. If there’s a problem, we’ll fix it at no extra charge so you can breathe easy knowing you’re covered.

Environmental Policy

To achieve the above we will:

  • Establish and maintain an environmental management system based on ISO14001 with the intent of continually improving our practices and preventing pollution.
  • Establish a framework setting and reviewing environmental goals and objectives and comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
  • Protect the environment in the conduct of our business.
  • Comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Investigate all environmental incidents and implement preventive actions against recurrence.
  • As appropriate, involve and consult employees, government authorities and regulatory bodies and clients in identifying improved environmental management.

ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems

OH&S accreditation is of the upmost importance to Swanbuild, we continue to develop processes and systems to ensure efficiencies and safety across all areas within our workplace.

Occupational Health & Safety Policy

Swanbuild Pretect excels in the provision of sale, design, manufacture and installation of transportable homes and commercial buildings.

We are committed, in the conduct of our business, to protect the health and safety of our workers and to continually improve our management systems so as to eliminate of work-related injury and illness.

To achieve this we will:

  • Endeavour prevent workplace injuries by identifying and reducing risk of work related injuries and illnesses through proactively monitoring work practices and implementing mandatory training for all employees.
  • Establish a framework setting and reviewing OH&S goals and objectives and comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations.
  • Induct all employees to required safe work practices and expected business practices prior to commencing work, and provide information about hazards and hazard control.
  • Investigate all incidents to identify the possible cause and implement preventive actions to minimize the risk of occurrence.
  • Conduct a regular compliance audit program to ensure adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular management reviews of safety performance and identify and implement safety improvements.
  • Involve and consult employees and clients in identifying workplace safety improvements and interventions.
  • Implement and maintain an OHS management system based on ISO 45001.
  • Communicate this OHS policy to all persons working under our control, with the intent of making them aware of their individual OHS obligations.

This OHS Policy Statement is fully supported by the management team and worker; it is communicated and made available to all interested parties.
