With an extremely durable Swanbuild foundation and structure (engineered to withstand 140km/h winds), your Lock Up home can be installed on your site in a very short space of time, ready for you to get “stuck into” all of the “internals” immediately followed by your own décor and finishing touches.

• Engineer designed heavy duty galvanized steel sub-floor structure (See photo below)
• 19mm Premium ‘Structafloor’ treated flooring with 25 year guarantee against termites, glued and fixed with twist nails
• 90x35mm treated pine wall framing with 25 year guarantee against termites
• Extra Strength structural 6mm plywood bracing to all external walls and to each section, includes a double layer through internal joining walls…all with a 25 year guarantee against termites
• 90x35mm treated pine roof framing with 25 year guarantee against termites
• 24° roof pitch where shown on design, with ‘Colourbond’ sheeting and rain water goods available in 20 different colours
• Eaves as per plans, lined with 4.5mm HardiFlex
• Powdercoated Aluminium sliding windows (to meet your energy rating requirements) complete with key locks and flyscreens
• Underfloor insulation to help meet your energy rating requirements
• Either corrugated cladding (horizontal), weatherboard (horizontal) or Axon cladding (vertical) or equivalent, painted in your choice of colour. External intermodular joints are positioned to minimise visibility once painted. External trims to windows.
• High Quality 40mm solid panelled front and rear entry doors
• Plans and specifications for council submission
• Ten structural warranty with six month maintenance period
