If you’ve always loved the idea of building your own relaxed, country style home, then you need look no further than our Homestead 10 design. With its optional wrap around veranda gracefully surrounding the entire home, you can experience that casual, comfortable feeling.

Great for seniors and families who want a one storey home, the Homestead 10 offers plenty of living space, both inside and out. The standard interior design offers an open floor plan that includes a spacious living room, as well as generous-sized dining and kitchen areas.

The master bedroom includes a walk-in robe, which also provides easy access to the master bedroom’s ensuite. A second bedroom is on the opposite side of the home and it has easy access to an additional full bathroom. A generous-sized laundry room, along with a nearby linen closet completes the standard plan.

As with all our Swanbuild home designs, the Homestead 10 is customisable to fit your needs. Not quite sure you want an entire wrap around verandah? No problem. We can decrease its size and provide just a front and/or rear veranda instead, which still allows plenty of room for outdoor entertaining or just simple outdoor relaxing.

If you want to add additional curb appeal, we can add a bay window in the living area, adding a touch of visual interest from the street. Want to add a pantry to the kitchen area, or add a small study or office instead of having an entire room dedicated to laundry tasks? We can do that too.

Wherever you need room in order to focus on the things you want to accomplish in your home, we can modify our standard Homestead 10 design plan to accommodate your overall lifestyle.
