The Chippendale 8 home has been designed to suit those who prefer to spend time enjoying their home, rather than maintaining a large home.

This home offers all the essentials that today’s homeowners need, and as always, can be modified or added to in order to meet the specific needs of the homeowner.

A large window in the living room overlooks the outdoor verandah, allowing plenty of natural light into the main living area.

Adjacent to the living room is a large dining room and kitchen area.

A carport can be added next to the dining and living area, with entry to the home via the verandah.

The home has two bedrooms, each with its own robe and storage unit. Of course, the second bedroom can always be used as a home office, study or nursery.

A very spacious laundry room offers ample storage space and the main bathroom offers both a bath tub and a separate shower area.

There is great flexibility when designing the actual layout of all the rooms. The two bedrooms can be placed beside each other so parents can have easy access to the second bedroom or nursery.

For those wanting more privacy, the second bedroom can be positioned across the hall.

This design then allows both bedrooms to have their own access to the bathroom.
