Steve is responsible for overseeing both Swanbuild factories in Bendigo and Swan Hill in his role as HSEQ Manager & Lean Management. He ensures that production targets are met and is an essential member of the workplace safety and wellbeing team at Swanbuild. Steve prioritizes staff training, compliance, and communication of the Swanbuild OH&S and ISO Management System. Steve is a familiar face at both Swanbuild locations, known for his cheerful demeanour and strong work ethic, and has been part of the Swanbuild team since 2021.

When he isn’t working, Steve enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, especially with his three grandsons.
