As our Maintenance Manager here at Swanbuild, Rod is responsible for organizing any maintenance requirements for our new homeowners. He has a talent for establishing good relationships with all of the clients he interacts with, which is an essential trait for this important role. With his previous experience as a carpenter and a glazier, Rod brings his expertise to the job and enjoys keeping an eye on each trade as they work on every home.

When he’s not working at Swanbuild, Rod likes to spend his free time tending to his cactus garden or pursuing one of his favorite hobbies: restoring cars.
