Rishil is our resident Planning and Building Consultant. In this critical role at Swanbuild, Rishil is in charge of dealing with local councils to gain planning permits, which involves gathering information on titles and any external reports we may need in the process. Rishil also liaises with clients and our drafting team if changes to plans are required.

Rishil’s great attention to detail makes him a natural fit for his role. A real team player, Rishil loves learning new things on each project, as no two jobs are ever the same. When he’s not working his magic with local councils, Rishil can be found exploring new places in his time off or following his other passion, cricket, as an avid watcher and player.
