One of the true originals at Swanbuild- Phil has been here from the beginning all the way back to 1979! Over the years Phil has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of what we do and puts this to use as company director.

Even after all these years, Phil still loves meeting clients and seeing their sites to discuss how Swanbuild can help bring them their dream home. As friendly as he’s ever been and with all the patience in the world, clients will get the benefit of his experience to make almost any build achievable!

Phil refers to himself as ‘The old bloke’ – but he’s not slowing down! As well as spending time with his family and getting involved in community events, Phil’s involvement in all parts of the business is invaluable and he is always aiming to make Swanbuild even better.
