As a project manager, Matthew works with both our trades people and our clients when your home arrives on site, making sure that everything goes according to plan and meets the very high standards that we set.

Teamwork and client relations is a key part of Matthew’s role, so that everyone knows what is happening when out on site. Working harmoniously with the Swanbuild team and meeting clients is what he enjoys the most about his role.

With Matthew there’s no silly questions – his friendly and approachable nature means you’ll be guided through the whole building process with ease.

A keen outdoorsman, Matthew enjoys travelling, camping, and playing sport when he’s not at work, so you’ll often find him enjoying being amongst friends, family and nature.
