Josh is an old hand here at Swanbuild, having been here for 17 years! As one of our Directors Josh has a hand in lots of different parts of our process – and makes sure the team is on the right track too. That’s part of the job that Josh finds most rewarding, helping people grow and develop in their roles and watching them succeed.

Josh is always encouraging the team and staying upbeat, not to mention dealing with all the work that comes his way! His enthusiastic and optimistic personality means he is well placed to assist others and work with the entire team to work towards achieving our goals, all with a smile on his face.
