Casting his eye over our factory and making sure everything is running smoothly is Glen – our Factory Foreman. Hardworking and conscientious, Glen has been with the team for 12 years, making sure that we produce the highest quality homes for you. Being involved in all the day-to-day operations in the factory, Glen really enjoys seeing our completed homes leaving the factory and heading to their new owners – it’s the culmination of all that hard work of Glen and the team.

Working with everyone in the factory suits Glen perfectly, as he is approachable and helpful, which allows him to work with the team to overcome any difficulties, solve problems and make sure everything is up to the Swanbuild standard.
