Crewe joined the Swanbuild team at the end of 2022. He is currently working in the Bendigo factory, immersing himself in the building process to learn as much as he can before moving into a drafting role.

Crewe would describe himself as enthusiastic, friendly and easy going. In his spare time he enjoys spending time in the outdoors fishing, camping, wakeboarding and snowboarding
