Brodie’s role as Client Relationship Support is all-encompassing and covers all forms of communication between Swanbuild and our customers. Brodie is a crucial support for our Client Relationship Manager and our client base.

‘Enthusiastic’, ‘positive’ and ‘eager’ are just about the three perfect skills needed for someone in such a customer-fronted role. Luckily Brodie uses those words to describe himself. We would also add ‘thirst for knowledge’ as Brodie’s natural curiosity perfectly fits the Swanbuild team.

When not providing knockout customer service to our clients, Brodie can be found relaxing with family and friends.
