As with all our Swanbuild home designs, the Homestead 1 is customisable to fit your needs. Not quite sure you want an entire wrap around verandah? No problem. We can decrease its size and provide just a front and/or rear veranda instead, which still allows plenty of room for outdoor entertaining or just simple outdoor relaxing.
