Since joining Swanbuild in 2011, Ian has helped guide many clients through their home-building journey. As a New Home Consultant, he’s there to support you at the start of your journey with us, working with you to make sure you find the right home to suit your lifestyle needs.

With a background in retail sales and years of experience in sales and marketing within the building industry, Ian brings a deep understanding of what clients need… and how to deliver it. Having worked in the industry since before finishing school, including roles focused on fireplaces, heating, and energy-efficient solutions, Ian has developed a passion for making homes safer, cleaner and greener. A great listener and incredibly detail-oriented, he loves working closely with clients to develop tailored, future-proof solutions that don’t just meet needs, but exceeds them.

Outside of work, Ian is a true family man. It’s that care and commitment that shines through in the way he supports our clients; always striving to deliver the best for every one, no matter what their needs.
