The exterior of the home offers a lovely, balanced roof line that is very pleasing to the eye. The optional wrap-around verandah, along with a generous amount of windows completes the exterior appeal of this beautiful home.

The floor plan of the Monumental 31C truly is monumental. This home design provides more than enough space for multi-generational families, housing long term guests or dependents. The basic floor plan includes a minimum of five bedrooms, one of which could be used as a master bedroom or living quarters for a dependent person or as a teenager’s retreat. The main living area near the centre of the home is also adjacent to the kitchen, allowing for the ever popular open floor plan so enjoyed by today’s families. An additional kitchen for a dependent person is optional, along with a private lounge area as well. Of course the master bedroom and dependent area have their own ensuite bathrooms, with another full-sized bathroom serving the other bedrooms. A toy room or study is included off the meals area with a direct sight line to the kitchen – great for busy cooks who want to keep an eye on toddlers. Off the kitchen and meals area is an outdoor deck that provides a convenient space for entertaining and meals served outdoors.

The Monumental 31C offers a multitude of options and customisable features. Some families may need as many as six bedrooms to complete the perfect home. Others may choose to convert some of the bedroom spaces into casual living areas such as a rumpus room or an additional office or lounge space. Some homeowners may need both a master bedroom, complete with walk-in robe and en suite private bathroom, as well as complete living quarters for a dependent person. The Monumental 31C home design is flexible and spacious enough to accommodate the needs of every member of a family.
